More Details

Sparrows are the cutest little birds that are those dependable ones that you know will always be there. They’re not flashy, there’s nothing fancy about them. They’re your everyday little guys pecking at the seeds in your lawn.

Sparrow Cardigan is much the same. She’s the one you reach for to wear every day because she’s not fancy or flashy, she’s just a simple everyday kind of cardigan.

You’ll start knitting at the neckline and increase for raglan sleeves, with a little reverse stocking stitch at your shoulders, then when you get partway through the body, you’ll begin the panel at the sides and you’ll create a flattering detail of reverse stocking stitch to match your shoulder details. The cuffs, button bands and neck band are worked in pretty moss stitch.
