More Details

As we fly over the the vast and ever-changing Canterbury Plains, we pass the myriad of different crops in the arable land near the Rakaia River. I often find myself watching field after field of crops speed by out the plane window. The lace patterns on Barrhill Tee echo the straight rows and ordered fields of those crop paddocks. Barrhill is a particularly fertile area, responsible for many of Mid Canterbury’s plentiful crops.

You will begin working your Barrhill Tee with a provisional cast on, constructing first the upper back portion, then the front. After joining for the rest of the body you’ll be working in the round to the hem, before picking up the wee rolled hems on the “sleeves” and the neck band.
